Human Rights, Housing/ Home, and Urban Development
The University of Pittsburgh's Global Studies Center along with other organizations working in our communities will be hosting a city-wide Housing Summit. The summit will be held at the University of Pittsburgh November 10-12, 2016. Further details about the Summit and its content can be found at http://housingsummitpgh.org. Because the summit is about our neighborhoods and our communities, we are seeking involvement from people in our community. We hope to encourage conversations about residents diverse experiences of home, place, belonging, and community, and how gentrification and displacement have impacted both individuals and our larger community.
